Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, onboarding support, and continuous training in service excellence and product expertise
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
