Sephora in Farmington, UT is hiring a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly role ($24.00–$27.50/hr) leading store teams and client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Drive sales and conversion through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and strong client engagement.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members with regular feedback, training and performance guidance to elevate individual and team results.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programmes, brand initiatives and product training.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, compliance with company standards and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; at least 3 years total retail or customer-service experience preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet or exceed sales targets and service KPIs.
- Demonstrated sales and client service skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and able to assimilate product knowledge quickly.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise and equipment up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment, with demonstrated success in coaching teams and achieving sales objectives; total retail or customer-facing experience of approximately 3 years is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
