Sephora Sales and Service Leader position in Fargo, ND—full-time retail leadership role managing team performance, client experiences, and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
  • Execute daily operational tasks while ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
