Sephora in Fargo, ND seeks a Sales and Service Leader. Full-time hourly role ($22–$29/hr) leading a retail beauty team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to motivate, coach and empower the store team to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales targets
  • Drive performance through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and active client engagement
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training and development to elevate team capability and support onboarding of new hires
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, loss prevention and maintaining brand standards
  • Champion Sephora’s inclusivity, service excellence and safety policies to foster an open, collaborative store culture
  • Ensure reliable staffing and scheduling coverage; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments (3+ years preferred)
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire sales teams to achieve measurable goals
  • Strong sales acumen and demonstrated client service excellence with a client-first mindset
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly and to train others
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods

Experience
