Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service, model selling behaviours and maintain high engagement on the sales floor.
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports through regular feedback, onboarding and targeted training to elevate individual and team performance.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, product recommendations and loyalty program enrolment.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) to maintain service continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrated comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven retail setting and ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and meet on-floor scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service-oriented environment with demonstrated success coaching teams and driving sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
