Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire, coach and empower store team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Drive store performance through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and strong client engagement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to elevate individual and team performance, including onboarding new hires.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand and safety standards.
- Promote an inclusive team culture that values openness, respect and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable availability for assigned schedule; full-time hours 30–40 per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated strength in client service, upselling and building long-term client relationships.
