Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
- Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to elevate team performance and support career growth
- Support team onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining Sephora store standards and presentation
