Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and selling behaviours.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates to build product knowledge, service excellence, and individual performance.
  • Drive sales and conversion through proactive client engagement, personalised recommendations, and loyalty program activation.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, execution of brand initiatives, and maintenance of store standards.
  • Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive team culture that values diversity, collaboration and openness.
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards to deliver a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing service environment.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within retail, hospitality or service operations, with a proven track record of coaching staff to meet sales and service targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certificate in retail management, cosmetics, or related field preferred.
