Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Strong sales and client service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment.
