Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations

  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
