Sephora in El Paso, USA is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (Full-time). Hourly $22.00–$25.50; lead the store team and elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive sales, client engagement and exemplary service standards across the store.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through continual feedback, product training and performance coaching.
  • Deliver personalised product recommendations and consultations to elevate client experiences and loyalty.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute brand initiatives and loyalty programs to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Maintain staffing, scheduling and reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes team accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales results and develop talent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client-service skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail tasks.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet full-time weekly hours (30–40 hrs/week).

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment, with demonstrated success coaching teams and achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certificate in retail management, business or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 25.50 per hour.
