Sephora El Paso (TX-Canutillo) seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader. Hourly $22–$29/hr; lead in-store teams and elevate client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire and motivate team members, driving exceptional client service and attainment of sales targets.
- Coach, develop and provide actionable feedback to associates to elevate individual and team performance and support career progression.
- Execute personalized client consultations, leveraging product knowledge to convert and deepen client relationships and loyalty.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, adherence to brand standards and loss-prevention protocols.
- Manage scheduling and staffing during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) to ensure consistent coverage and service levels.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative workplace where diversity is respected and team engagement is prioritized.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric disposition.
- Ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly and train others on loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Availability for flexible scheduling (30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with demonstrated ability to coach teams and meet sales objectives; three or more years preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 29 per hour.
