Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning
  • Support onboarding and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard maintenance
  • Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered and respected
  • Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications
