Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Edina, MN for full-time retail management role ($26–$30/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
- Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
