Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Coach and empower team members with ongoing feedback and development opportunities
- Support team onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard compliance
