Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Coach and develop team members with ongoing feedback and performance elevation strategies
  • Support team onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
