Sephora in Dublin, CA seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full‑time). Lead store teams and drive sales; $28.00–$34.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the in‑store team by modeling exceptional client service and driving a culture of high performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to elevate product knowledge, service standards and sales execution.
- Deliver sales targets through active client engagement, personalized recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives; ensure team proficiency in brand initiatives and service excellence.
- Execute daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and compliance with company standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with Sephora’s standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive measurable sales performance.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment and quickly absorbing product knowledge.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the full‑time requirement of 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment, with demonstrated success coaching teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or cosmetology preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 34.30 per hour.
