Sales and Service Leader at Sephora in Destin, FL – Full-time hourly role leading retail teams in beauty services and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and capability
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
- Foster an inclusive, empowering workplace culture where team members feel valued and supported
- Uphold Sephora policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications
