Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through mentorship and collaborative goal-setting
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Support team development by providing ongoing feedback, training in service excellence and loyalty programs, and continuous product expertise advancement
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and upkeep of store standards

Qualifications
