Sephora Sales and Service Leader in Delray Beach, FL – full-time hourly role ($24–$27.50/hr) leading retail team and client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members to elevate performance and support their growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard maintenance

Qualifications
