Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire, coach and develop store team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Drive store performance through proactive client engagement, personalised product recommendations and expert product knowledge.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct onboarding and facilitate continuous learning across service excellence, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to company policies and store standards.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports team wellbeing and client-first behaviours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a frontline team to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service, sales conversion and relationship building.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and meet the required 30–40 hours/week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role driving team performance and client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or professional training in retail, hospitality or related fields preferred.
