Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement and expert product knowledge.

  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Strong sales and client service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Compensation

$24.00 - $31.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
