Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
- Drive overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and contribute to staff growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where team members feel valued and empowered
- Execute flexible scheduling while meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and ensuring availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold Sephora policies and create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Strong sales and client service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
