Sephora Daly City hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time, $28.00–$32.20/hr). Lead store performance and client experience at Serramonte Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team through example, coaching and performance feedback to deliver exceptional client service and sales results.
  • Drive sales performance via strong client engagement, product recommendations, and conversion-focused selling techniques.
  • Coach for growth by conducting regular development conversations, providing coaching moments and supporting onboarding for new hires.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, receiving, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support execution of brand initiatives, loyalty program enrollment and service excellence across all client touchpoints.
  • Maintain a culture of inclusion and teamwork while ensuring compliance with company policies and a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule and meet full-time availability requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service KPIs.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clienteling, product knowledge acquisition and personalized selling.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform store-floor duties for extended periods.
