Sephora Dallas (Village on the Parkway) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time, $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Drive performance through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and elevated client engagement.
- Provide ongoing feedback, development and formal coaching to grow individual and team capabilities.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning across service excellence, loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays); meet full‑time weekly hour requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment (3 years overall retail/client-facing experience preferred).
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and sharing product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience
At least 2 years of direct leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service setting, with a proven track record of developing staff and meeting sales targets; prior experience in beauty or fast-paced retail environments is strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
