Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Dallas, TX. Full-time hourly role ($26–$30/hr) leading a store team to deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve sales targets through example and direct coaching.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates with ongoing feedback, performance reviews and training in product knowledge, loyalty programs and service standards.
- Drive sales performance via active client engagement, tailored product recommendations and upselling of relevant services.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of store presentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols and Sephora operational standards to create a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling and labor availability to meet peak retail demand (nights, weekends and holidays) and ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
- Proven sales and client service aptitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly and train others effectively.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments with a proven track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
