Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
- Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning in service excellence and product expertise
- Support team onboarding and training in loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and openness where team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
