Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales objectives.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through continuous feedback, training programs and onboarding support.
- Drive sales performance via expert product recommendations, clienteling and loyalty-program activation.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure scheduling reliability and staffing coverage for peak retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Enforce company policies to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

Education
