Sephora Corpus Christi seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time), $24.00–$27.50/hr. Lead the store team, coach staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team, ensuring high standards of client service and professional conduct.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through continuous feedback, onboarding and structured training to elevate performance and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales and conversion through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations and mastery of loyalty-program benefits.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory activities, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
  • Monitor team KPIs, support achievement of sales targets and implement corrective actions to sustain performance.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are respected and teamwork is encouraged.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain scheduling reliability and flexibility to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments; 3+ years of total retail or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop others.
  • Strong product knowledge aptitude and ability to learn and teach beauty/cosmetics content quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
