Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate store associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
- Coach, develop and provide regular feedback to team members to elevate individual and collective performance.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
- Assist with daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
- Support onboarding, continuous learning initiatives and execution of brand and operational programs.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
