Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store team members by example to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate performance and support career growth.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations, including promotion of loyalty programs.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, loss prevention and maintaining brand standards.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage; be available to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture that aligns with Sephora standards and corporate policies.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to reinforce service excellence and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals.
- Strong client service, sales and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Minimum two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment, with demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32 per hour.
