Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support onboarding
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance

Qualifications
