Sephora in Columbia, SC is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time). Hourly $22.00–$25.50/hr; lead store team and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance conversations.
  • Drive store performance through proactive client engagement, expert product recommendations and personalized selling.
  • Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, loss prevention and adherence to store standards.
  • Manage scheduling requirements and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that upholds Sephora’s customer service standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to reach sales targets and deliver consistent client experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and comfort engaging diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and aptitude for rapid product learning.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
