Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving sales performance.
- Coach, develop and deliver ongoing feedback to team members to raise product knowledge, service standards and individual performance.
- Drive client engagement through personalised recommendations, loyalty programme activation and expert product demonstrations.
- Support daily store operations including inventory activities, visual merchandising and adherence to Sephora store standards.
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding; ensure continuous learning across service excellence and brand initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrable sales and client service skills, including upselling and personalised recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work a retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment; 3+ years preferred. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.
