Sephora in Colorado Springs is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time) — lead store teams, drive client experience, $26–$30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through role-modeling and hands-on coaching.
  • Drive client engagement and personalized product recommendations to maximize conversion, average ticket and loyalty enrollment.
  • Provide continuous feedback, training and development to elevate individual and team performance, including onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, store standards and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly hours.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a safe, professional shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Strong sales aptitude and demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
