Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve sales targets through role modelling and active coaching.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate performance, product knowledge and clienteling capabilities.
- Drive sales and conversion through expert product recommendations, personalised client engagement and loyalty program activation.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising execution, stock replenishment and maintenance of visual standards.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs and ensure coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Enforce company policies and safety standards to create a secure, compliant and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Foster an inclusive culture where team members feel empowered, respected and encouraged to contribute ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated success in driving client engagement and conversion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and rapidly absorbing product training.
- Availability for a full‑time schedule (30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another high‑volume client service environment, with documented success coaching teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or credential in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
