Sephora in Chicago seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time) to lead store teams, drive client experience and exceed sales targets. $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and coach store teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product recommendations, personalised consultations and loyalty-program activation.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and service excellence.
  • Maintain Sephora policies and safety procedures to ensure a welcoming, compliant and high-performing retail environment.
  • Adopt flexible scheduling to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong client-service orientation with demonstrable sales performance and upselling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to resolve client concerns with professionalism.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform the duties of a busy retail floor.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
