Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development opportunities
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance

Qualifications
