Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor and provide continuous feedback to develop individual and team performance, including onboarding and product training.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and effective use of loyalty programmes.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, upkeep of store standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule and staff shifts to meet business needs; ensure punctuality, reliability and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diversity is respected and team members feel empowered.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience by upholding Sephora operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to reach sales and service objectives.
  • Strong client service orientation with demonstrated sales acumen and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.

Experience
