Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed store sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training and performance coaching.
  • Drive client engagement and personalised product recommendations to grow conversion, average transaction value and loyalty enrollment.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, receiving, visual merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Uphold Sephora standards for inclusivity, safety, store presentation and customer service policy compliance.
  • Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to achieve measurable sales and service outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
