Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members, supporting continuous learning and skill elevation
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and openness where team members feel valued and empowered
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintain flexibility for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holiday availability

Qualifications

Experience
