Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Drive store performance through expert product recommendations, client engagement, and proactive conversion strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives covering service excellence, loyalty programs and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
- Promote an inclusive team culture that prioritizes collaboration, punctuality and reliability during peak retail periods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop sales teams to achieve measurable results.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and excellent client-service skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
