Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Charleston, SC. Full-time hourly role ($24–$31/hr) leading store teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store team by modeling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, onboarding and product training to elevate performance and retention.
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, clienteling, personalised recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, loss prevention and maintenance of company standards.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritises customer safety and an enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (ideally 3 years).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline teams to meet sales and service goals.
- Strong client service and consultative selling skills with demonstrated product curiosity.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service; 3 years preferred. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service KPIs in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant retail/beauty certification preferred.
