Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Drive performance through expert client engagement, personalized product recommendations and service excellence.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, development and onboarding to elevate individual and team capabilities.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory activities, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
  • Enforce company policies and safety standards while promoting an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • Support scheduling and ensure availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks as required by store operations, including lifting and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline team members to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to learn and share detailed product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience
