Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and mentorship
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and career growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning programs in service excellence, loyalty initiatives, product expertise, and brand campaigns
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
- Foster an inclusive and empowering workplace culture where all team members feel valued and respected
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
