Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service, product knowledge and selling behaviours.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates to deliver personalized client experiences and meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive daily retail performance through active client engagement, expert recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
  • Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of brand standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives; deliver feedback and performance development plans.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, loss prevention procedures and a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable scheduling and coverage for peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and teach product knowledge quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).
  • Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Experience
