Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and coaching associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive performance through expert product knowledge, personalized client recommendations, and active client engagement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development; support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, product expertise and loyalty programs.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock movement, visual merchandising and maintaining Sephora store standards.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for clients.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and availability during peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) to meet scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to rapidly acquire and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
