Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate overall team performance and capability
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand campaigns
