Sephora in Canton, OH is hiring a Sales and Service Leader to drive sales, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences ($24.00–$27.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Drive in-store performance through expert product knowledge, proactive client engagement and personalized beauty recommendations.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate team capability and succession readiness.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory controls, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives covering product expertise, service protocols and loyalty program activation.
- Manage scheduling and ensure coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes client safety and an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve measurable sales objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Demonstrated capability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing retail duties for extended periods.
