Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through onboarding, product training and ongoing feedback to elevate performance.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations, including loyalty program activation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
- Schedule and ensure team coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Promote an inclusive, safe shopping environment and uphold Sephora policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales performance and deliver superior client experiences.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service-focused environment with demonstrated success coaching teams and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or retail/management training preferred.
